Agreement

By creating a workspace or using Crewmate, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Accounts and workspaces

You’re responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping their sign-in details safe.

Workspace owners decide which tools are connected and what each crewmate is allowed to do.

Crewmates and approvals

Crewmates act inside your tools with the permissions you grant. Actions that send, pay or delete wait for a person by default.

When someone in your workspace approves an action, your company is responsible for it, as it would be for any action taken by your team. Every action and approval is kept on the record.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Crewmate to break the law, send spam, harm others, access systems you’re not authorized to use, or try to get around rate limits and safety controls.

We may suspend a workspace that puts other customers or the service at risk, and we’ll tell you why.

Plans, billing and trials

Trials last 14 days and don’t need a card. Paid plans are billed per crewmate, monthly or yearly, in advance.

You can cancel at any time; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Prices can change with 30 days’ notice.

Your content and data

You keep all rights to the content in your workspace. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service.

Our privacy policy and data processing agreement explain how we handle personal data.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9 % monthly availability on Crew and Fleet, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance.

Support is available by email on every plan, with faster response times on Crew and Fleet.

Liability

Crewmate is provided as described in our documentation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. The law of the place where Crewmate is registered applies, unless your local law says otherwise.
