What counts as a task?

One finished piece of work: a reply sent, an invoice matched, a meeting booked. Reading and drafting are free. Starter includes 2,000 a month.
Can I switch plans later?

Any time. Add a fourth crewmate and you move to Crew automatically, with the difference prorated to the day.
What happens after the trial?
